1. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date on which they take physical possession of the product.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email at info@mihaeladutu.com, stating your decision to return the product. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 working hours and provide further instructions on the return process.

2. Conditions for Returning Physical Products

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including in the original packaging, with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents.
• We do not accept returns for products that show signs of physical alterations, damage, scratches, excessive wear, or unauthorized modifications. Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reconditioning fee, or they may be sent back to the Buyer at their expense.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. You will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to send the product back to us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

• Products that show signs of physical damage (e.g., scratches, chips, shocks) unless these defects were reported within the first 24 hours after receipt.
• Custom-made products, as these are created specifically according to your requirements and cannot be resold.
• Digital content, including NFTs and digital art, which are not delivered on a physical medium. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, these items are non-refundable.

4. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@mihaeladutu.com within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process. Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Upon confirmation, pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and documents.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. If the returned product meets the conditions specified above, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, we may charge a reconditioning fee to restore the product to its original state (if possible), or we may return the product to you, at your expense.
• Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Ensure that any damage or defects are documented with photographs and included in your communication with us.
